In January 2015, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) will launch a new electronic system called Express Entry to manage applications for permanent residence under certain economic immigration programs.
All skilled workers with at least one year work experience are welcome to apply.
IELTS requirement is in General Training and should have scores of 6 or above in each band.
