NEW ZEALAND – One Year Study Work Program
POST GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN MANAGEMENT with Management Strands in Business (Level 8)

NZ’s Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment have forecast that employment growth for highly-skilled occupations, including managers and professionals over the next few years is projected to be 60 per cent.

REQUIREMENTS:

a) Must be a graduate of at least 4 year course.
b) Proof of funds for tuition fee food and accommodation for one year. The NZ Embassy requires NZ$15,000 for a one year program. This is the estimated cost of food and accommodation for one year.
c) Tuition fee is to be paid in full once visa is approved in principle. Tuition fee is NZ$19,500.
d) IELTS academic 6.5 with no band less than 6.0

NOTE: For Level 7 Programs, the tuition fee can be as low as NZ$12,000 but spouses are not eligible to apply for an open work permit. We can look for programs suitable to applicant qualifications from our numerous partner schools all over New Zealand.

The proof of funds is in the form of bank certificate which can be in anybody’s name that will support the applicant.

Note : For those without IELTS, an option is Graduate Diploma in Applied Management (Business/Forestry/Health/Manufacturing/Project Management), a Level 7 program where spouses cannot be included in the application. Intakes are Feb May July and Nov. Proof of funds required is the same.

PROCESS:
 Study a Level 8 Management course and work unlimited hours on school breaks and 20 hrs/week on weekdays.
 Spouses may be eligible for a work visa under the Family Stream.
 One year job search visa after the course
 Work for one year then apply for residency once eligible.
 Graduates will extend management capabilities to generate solutions to complex problems, particularly (but not exclusively) in the areas of business, health, hospitality, or information technology.

This postgraduate diploma provides an intensive program of study with valuable industry experience to increase graduates’ employment potential. It is designed to complement their existing degree or career aspirations with an option to follow one of four strands: business, health, hotel or information technology. Students will develop the strategic thinking required to successfully work in and manage a sustainable business operation in New Zealand.
